Review

Empire Earth 2 is a war strategy game for Windows computers. In my honest opinion, this game is one of the best strategy games I have ever played. There are many different types of strategy games, but I particularly like the ones in which you have to gather resources and create a strategy in order to prevail. Empire Earth 2 is one of those games. Like Age of Empires, you start with an ancient civilization. You need to gather food and wood to create units and buildings. When you start getting big, and after some requirements, you start advancing in ages. There are plenty of ages for you to try, and, in every age, you get new units, vehicles, buildings, etc. You go all the way up to the space age, which is the worst. When I play the single player skirmishes, I disable the Space age because I think it is too exaggerated. I mean, you start building robots that can take buildings with a couple of hits, and crazy looking planes. I am more of a realistic person. The graphics are great for a game from back then, and the playability is great. I remember playing for 5 or 6 hours at a time versus the computer. It is a great value that you get from this game.
  • Great graphics.
  • Long gameplay.
  • Great array of units.
  • Good multiplayer action.
  • None.
